MATT RINALDI
CO-FOUNDER & CEO
Matt is a born-bred Bergen County boy. His family has owned a large school bus company for 3 generations now and the Rinaldi name is well known throughout the county. Matt along with his wife and 3 sons live locally and are active in the community. He has been working in solar for over 5 years now and has a passion for renewable energy. When he isn’t working, you will often find him outside in the woods hunting, spending time with his boys, or eating at the town deli. Matt is proud to serve clients in the renewable energy space and is focused on educating the individual towards the solution that best fits them and their family/business.
CHRIS DEMING
CO-FOUNDER & CEO
Chris was born and raised in Sussex County. He currently lives locally with his wife and 2 daughters. They are active members of their church and very involved with Camp Spofford in NH. Chris comes from years in the automotive world and has made over 1,100 deals over his years in sales. When he’s not working, you will often find him in his woodshop, golfing, or reading to his kids. Chris is proud to serve clients in the renewable energy space and is focused on educating the individual towards the solution that best fits them and their family/business.
